This charming house is located only a few meters from the sand and the lovely beach Repic in Port de Soller. It's located in a quiet residential street very near the promenade cafes, restaurants and shops. The house consists of 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with tv and sofas, laundry room and a gorgeous front terrace with magnificent sea, mountain and beach views. The terrace is partially covered and has a dining area. There is also a little garden area with sun loungers. Free fast wifi. A/C units in both bedrooms.

Beautiful house - problems with electrical wiring. hot water, A/C and heating.

Beautiful house and location. Unfortunately there are problems. The wiring cannot cope. The fuses both electric and A/C/Heating blow if they get wet in the rain. You are warned about causing the slightest overload. You even have to be careful about using the kettle! The air conditioner/heating is on a timer so it can only be used in the evening within prescribed temperatures. There are units only in the bedrooms. Downstairs there is a very old and noisy fan. The heaters aren't adequate if evenings get cool. To stay warm we had to shut ourselves in one room. Also the hot water heater broke down and we had to have luke warm or cold showers. The bed in the main bedroom is smaller than it looks in the photo - a very small double bed. But we did have a fabulous views from the rooms and the terrace and five little cat visitors which we enjoyed very much. The house is a lovely old Majorcan house and apart from the wiring and water heater the house is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean. There is a nice welcome pack of wine, jam and biscuits. During the holiday Micaela the agent and the owner did their very best to solve our problems but with respect to the hot water heater were not successful. Matias the manager of MajorcaBorn Properties was helpful before we went but after the holiday he was dismissive of the difficulties and inconvenience we experienced. We are still waiting for a helpful response from him.

Wunderschöne Woche

Wir hatten in Port de Soller einen tollen Aufenthalt. Für uns war es das erste Mal auf Mallorca und wir waren wirklich begeistert. Das Haus liegt super praktisch wirklich 2 min vom Strand entfernt, was mit jüngeren Kindern echt extrem hilfreich ist. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit einem tollen Blick auf den Hafen und die Strandpromenade. Besonders die Nähe zu Restaurants etc war wirklich genial. Das Haus ist traditionell mit alten Holzmöbeln eingerichtet. Die Küche ist funktionell. Wir wurden mit einem leckeren , kleinen Willkommensgruss ( Öl, Marmelade , Wein) empfangen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind nicht groß , aber die Klimaanlage funktioniert perfekt , was das wichtigste ist. Die Matrazen waren gut. Es stehen Strandschirm , Badetücher für den Strand und auch Eimer und Schippe zur Verfügung. Man ist also sofort bereit für den Strandaufenhalt und muss nichts mitbringen oder kaufen ! Top !!! Einzige kleine Einschränkung würde ich wegen der Treppe machen : für ältere Semester, Leute mit Knieproblemen oder Kleinkinder , die getragen werden müssen, ist die Lage nicht ideal. Das Haus liegt am Hang ( deswegen der Traumblick ) aber man muss halt die recht vielen Stufen mit Koffern und Einkäufen hoch. Im Haus gibt es auch eine etwas steile Treppe , die die Schlafzimmer ( oben) vom einzigen Badezimmer inklusive WC (EG) trennt. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist , ist es aber einfach eine Traumlage und ein sehr netter , familienfreundlicher Ort, der sich lohnt. Gerne wieder!

Lovely traditional house.Amazing views and location. Kitchen a bit basic-equipment like kettle not great.Stairs a bit steep and dangerous. Overall though loved this house and location.

Great property in a fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay in this house. The property is very well-equipped and was spotless. The real gem, however, is the terrace, which offers fantastic views of the sea and the mountains and which is shaded for most of the day. The location is also great, with steps leading down the garden almost right to the beach. The only slight downer was that the beds could have been more comfortable, but the bedrooms both have air conditioning. I would definitely recommend this property and would certainly go back.

Lovely home from home.

We felt the property was amazing and cared for. Much better that your average self catering. Everything we needed was provided for - except food and drink of course. Wonderful views, close to local amenities and only a couple minutes from the beach. Met the owners on the last who were very accommodating.

This is a lovely house with stunning view of sea and mountains and easy waking distance to the beach

The property is lovely, all the basics including beach towels which is great. We stayed in April and could just have done with some blankets and some more heating as it was cold at night.

Wonderfull days in a wonderfull house

The house was really as good as it looks on the pictures. There is everything, you need. The beds are good. The house is very, very clean. The view from the terrace is extraordinary beautifull. It is close to the beach and close to fine supermarkets and good restaurants. The service from Homeaway was not as good as we had expected.

Perfekt!

Uns hat einfach alles gefallen: Die schönen Räume, die großzügige Terasse mit der traumhaften Aussicht bei Tag und Nacht, die Nähe zum Strand, die Parkplätze vor dem Haus, die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und besonders auch die freundliche und schnelle Betreuung. Die Atmosphäre in Port Sóller ist ruhig und entspannt. Die am Strand spielenden Kinder haben uns nicht gestört, dafür konnte man abends das Meeresrauschen hören! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Dejlig - ud over alle forventninger.

Alt lige fra bestilling til afrejse fungerede perfekt. Teamet var meget serviceminded både i den skriftlige kommunikation og i den praktiske del - f.eks. med at sørge for taxi. Huset var smukt, rent og funktionelt. Terrassen var vidunderligt stor og velpasset. Udsigten gav total ro i sindet. Restaurant Camposolo kan anbefales.

Stunning views from the terrace and great location

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. The terrace was shaded through most of the day and gave stunning views over the sea, beach and mountains. It was a v short walk to the beach. Port de Soller is a lovely resort with nice restaurants, a great beach and easy access to Soller and Palma. Highly recommended.
