This house is your home away from home while you visit Soldotna. Nestled in a serene setting, this terrific property offers a soothing escape for guests. With 3 queen bedrooms, you'll have plenty of space to unwind and relax. The house is equipped with all the essentials, including a hair dryer, washing machine and dryer, WiFi, iron, games for the entire family, and central heating. The 2 bathrooms are stocked with a hair dryer for your convenience. The famous Kenai River is 3 minutes from the house. We have upgraded linens, mattresses, and pillows in all the bedrooms. We also offer a chest freezer in the garage for your convenience. Fully stocked!

Walk to the tennis and frisbee courts across from the house. Enjoy watching the 60 inch flatscreen TV with free access to Netflix, Hulu, ESPN+, Disney, Amazon Prime and Apple TV. Or, relax playing several fun family games.

Brand new flooring, lighting, appliances including an air fryer in the brand new oven, new furnishings and more.

Fantastic

By the time we arrived we logged 1400 miles driving and we were exhausted! This was a nice, charming, quiet home. Snacks and waters set out for us! Very clean and comfortable!

Exceptional! Checks Every Box

This property is exceptionally clean, well laid out, tastefully decorated, has a competely equipped kitchen, and shows pride of ownership throughout. Beds and bedding were comfortable and of first rate quality. We would not hesitate to stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

I apologize for having one more person stay and having them park there truck and boat 🚢 off the property really wasn't to worried about it them but now I know and will make sure I read all the restrictions that was me .

Excellent Rental

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is very clean and fully stocked with all the amenities. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Alaska.
