"There were 8 of us. The house is very spacious and comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths we were able to spread out and have our own space. Mariella, the owner, was extremely helpful every time we had questions. She even took the time to put fresh cut flowers on the table and entryway! Such a thoughtful touch! "We stayed here for the second time, this time for our 10th anniversary. The cabin is clean and quiet. The views are beautiful although the trees have grown up a bit in the 4 years since we’ve been. The hot tub in the back is perfect. You’re 20-30 minutes from anything you’d want or need in Chattanooga. The host is very kind and helpful. No complaints."

"The property was located in a very quiet neighborhood surrounded by parks for family activities. It was just and overall wonderful place to dtay. The hoat was absolutely fantastic in responding to messages and laying out recommendations of things to do and places to eat during our stay. "Location was excellent. In walking distance to to Frazier St restaurants/shopping. House was comfortable. Cleanliness could be better. Baseboards and ceiling corners were dusty and had webs. BF and daughter complained about the beds too soft but I didn't have a problem."

"The entire Bear house property is incredibly charming and inviting. The Stinson Suite was as well. The space is incredibly charming and cozy perfect for 1-2 couples or a small family. "This was the perfect solution for us. Our son graduated from UTC Saturday morning and then we helped him move out of his apartment that was located literally across the street. "This was by far one of the best stays we have ever booked. The house was fully stocked to include children’s toys. Grands loved it. Tammy has created a paradise with all of the gardens flowers and the many statues and ponds. Definitely recommend you stay here"

"We had a wonderful long weekend in this spacious condo..We visit this city frequently and this was one of the best locations we have stayed in terms of proximity/accessibility to restaurants, riverfront, etc. It was very nice, clean condo and the layout was very relaxing. Brad was very accommodating and extremely responsive. The only down side was the late night traffic from the road outside, if you are a light sleeper you might want to have your white noise on. It’s a boutique hotel with all the little things being extra. Coffee, tea, water in room is $6-$9. Overall it was comfortable- beds and pillows were comfy.
