Welcoming to pets The TV did not work in my room. It took 30 minutes for maintenance to arrive only to confirm it didn't work. The worker left to find a new room remote, which took another 30 minutes when he returned that remote didn't work and he left again. Finally, I received a remote to work the TV after well over an hour.

The room and customer service was good. The noise on the other hand was unacceptable. The people above us started partying after midnight until about 5am. It's impossible to sleep under those conditions.
