"I asked for a quiet room when checking in and I got a room facing the street instead of the back. Rooms are tiny too. Buffett dinner was expensive. Just stayed one night but definitely won’t be coming back."

"Superb hotel. Awesome location. Huge shoutout to Soraia. She was fantastic - her suggestion, directions, advice were very helpful. I traveled alone with my son and this hotel made it a great trip. Breakfast was lovely (my son thought the scrambled eggs were the best). Location is convenient to take the trams, and to the Rossio train station to go to Sintra. Short walk to Plaza de Commercial. We did a walking tour - meeting points are close by either in Rossio Square, or Plaza de Restauradoresor Plaza de Commefcial, All in all highly recommend this hotel. "
