「The Radisson is an awesome place. I stay here all the time when I come to the city.」

「A solid 6:10 Before arriving on October 19th, I repeatedly requested a late check-out due to my late flight after a very long journey. I even offered to pay for an additional night, but was repeatedly told to check on the morning of departure. I understand the hotel may have been fully booked, but I made my request days in advance and expected better communication and assistance. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with how my request was handled and the lack of effort to find a suitable solution.」
