「The fore alarm went off in oir room at 7:12 am.
Went to front desk, the "Suoervisor", said there is nothing she could do.
Maint. Showed up 2 hour's, 1 minute later.. my 1 grandaughter is deaf, wears hearing aides, my daughter had to leave with her this whole time until the smoke detector was repaired. .I asked a manager to please call me, left my name, cell, and room number..No call, no apology either..

「Unfortunately our room had no heat and we had to be moved to a non oceanfront room in an alternate building. The room we were moved to was nice but I really missed the ocean front balcony. My new view was a green pool. 」
