Aldrig har jeg oplevet så dårlig rengøring på et hotel. Der var pletter fra flasker/glas på bordet, der var tandpasta "sprøjt" på væggen i badeværelset. Brusehovedet så decideret ulækkert ud og vasken var ikke rengjort. Derudover var det ene hængsel til brusedøre ved at falde ud af væggen så døren skrabede hen af gulvet. eg fik af vide af receptionisten at morgenmaden ville være fra kl. 7 men da jeg og flere andre gæster står dernede 7:15 er der ingen morgenmad. Jeg gik til receptionen og spurgte om ikke der var morgenmad fra kl 7 og han svarede at det er fra kl 8 om søndagen. Jeg skulle nå et tog, så kunne ikke nå morgenmaden, havde jeg vidst det inden kunne jeg have planlagt min morgen anderledes. Personalet virkede ikke til at bekymre sig det mindste om det. De var virkelig ikke særlig serviceminded. Jeg kommer nok ikke igen og kan umiddelbart ikke anbefale stedet.

Personalet var meget lidt opmærksomme på os, og vi måtte flere gange opsøge dem for afklaring om selv helt basale ting. De glemte at udlevere de ting vi skulle bruge og lign. Aftenpersonale var venlige og servicemindede. Vi havde booket opholdet for at få en spatur med genopladning og for at få et break for afbrudt søvn herhjemme( da vi er en familie med småbørn). Vi fik dog et værelse umiddelbart under det lokale hvor der blev holdt en større julefrokost og på samme gang som flere af deltagerne. Så vi kunne høre musik det meste af natten og havde flere opvågninger om natten grundet fulde mennesker der larmede på gangen hver gang nogen kom hjem. Nærmest en mere forstyrret nat end vi er vant til hjemmefra. Øv. På værelset virkede fjernbetjeningen til tv’et ikke. Og en af lamperne på skrivebordet blev ved med at falde sammen og vælte med et ordentlig brag. Også om natten. Værelset fremstod generelt slidt og ikke opdateret. Vores tidligere besøg hos jer var super godt. Men dette andet besøg var virkelig en skuffelse. Desværre. Spaen fungerer stadig upåklageligt og er et dejligt sted og afbræk. Meget rent, roligt og fint.
