Welcome to The Scotch, a stunning three-level oceanfront retreat completed in Spring 2024 and thoughtfully designed for unforgettable gatherings. With 10 bedrooms, 10 full bathrooms, and a half bath, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 29 guests, making it the perfect destination for family reunions, celebrations, corporate retreats, or multi-family vacations.

Perched directly on the oceanfront, the home's top-floor living area and gourmet kitchen showcase sweeping Atlantic views, creating the perfect backdrop for shared meals, morning coffee, and evenings together. An elevator provides easy access to every level, while the thoughtfully designed layout offers plenty of space to gather, relax, and unwind.

Outside, enjoy your own private pool, hot tub, and direct beach access just steps away. Inside, guests will find a game room, theater/media room, Smart TVs throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a gas grill for easy outdoor dining.

Sleeping accommodations include seven king bedrooms, one bedroom with two queen beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, and one bunk room with three bunk beds, offering flexible arrangements for groups of all sizes.

Linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Please bring your own beach towels and beach equipment.

Please Note: Pets are not permitted. Parking on the grass and dumping in the yard are strictly prohibited.
