Nestled on the waterfront of the Intracoastal Waterway and just one block from the beach, this serene retreat invites you to experience breathtaking sunset views over the marsh and the soothing sound of ocean breezes.

Step onto the welcoming front porch, an ideal spot to sip your morning coffee while soaking in the salty air. Around the back, a double-tiered deck provides panoramic sound views, creating a tranquil space to unwind or entertain.

Inside, the open-concept living area is a cozy haven for relaxing after a day on the shore—whether you're playing games, watching a movie, or simply enjoying time with loved ones. The modern kitchen features sleek stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, while the dining table comfortably seats six. A full bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are spacious and bright, boasting large windows that showcase stunning water views. Each bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed and a twin-sized roll-out bed, ensuring flexible sleeping arrangements. A second full bathroom is located on this level for added convenience. For additional sleeping needs, a queen sleeper sofa is located in the living room. Paradise City #193 can easily accommodate 8 guests.

If you're looking for a relaxing vacation rental, Paradise City #193 offers the best of coastal living—from peaceful sound views to effortless beach access, all wrapped in a cozy yet contemporary setting. A pack and play and booster chair are provided for guests with young children.

There is a keyless entry lock on the main entrance door. Guest groups are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There’s no need to keep up with keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive. Professional cleaning service is provided at the end of your stay. Great family spot in North Topsail

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Paradise City was a great spot for my family’s trip to North Topsail. The owners have thought of everything and added great touches throughout the unit. From the grill, beach chairs and outdoor games to hooks everywhere to hang beach items inside, we felt like we had everything we needed!
