This home sleeps 18 and has 5 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, an elevator accessing all floors, a private, oversized sun deck and gazebo built at the dune with direct private access to a private beach area, a Chef's kitchen, a wet bar/kitchenette on the second floor, full size washer and dryer, gas fireplace, wet weather entry and outdoor shower and changing area among many other amenities.

Ocean Oasis boasts modern coastal comfort and cleanliness with porcelain tile floors throughout, shiplap, quartz and marble countertops. The reverse floor plan, vaulted open and airy living, dining and kitchen area provides expansive and panoramic ocean, sound and intracoastal views, The large living space to entertain family, friends and guests is comfortable and provides the ambiance of the modern gas fireplace. A few family games, puzzles and books are provided and can be enjoyed at the large sectional seating and coffee table, large dining table or the additional seating nook.

The fully equipped Chef's kitchen is perfect for the family chef or hired personal chef (can be arranged by contacting your host), and dining area has plenty of seating for a large group, a center island with additional seating, gas stove, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. A powder room and the Primary king en-suite are on this third (top) level. This ensuite is oceanfront and spa-like with a large, tiled glass shower, a luxurious freestanding soaking tub, and a double bowl marble vanity for plenty of storage.

This home has three King oceanfront bedrooms and two sound-side bedrooms with unlimited intercoastal and sound-side water views. The second floor King oceanfront bedrooms provide guests with the glorious sunrise, best ocean and beach views, sea breezes and sliding doors for direct access to the large decks and private beach. One bedroom connects to an ensuite with a large, tiled glass shower and double bowl marble vanity. The other king bedroom connects to a large ceramic tiled tub and shower combination and double bowl marble vanity. Both bathrooms connect to a sound-side bedroom, The sound-side bedrooms have sliding doors leading to decks with additional seating to capture the beautiful views of the sound, intracoastal waterway and gorgeous sunsets. These two bedrooms are equipped with full-size bunk beds with full-size trundle. Each bunk room can sleep six adults or children comfortably.

This second level also has a luxurious wet bar/kitchenette area with quartz countertops, a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, appliances, and drink ware providing everything you need to enjoy morning coffee, snacks, soda, smoothies or cocktails. This space opens onto the deck and is just steps from the additional outdoor Adirondak seating, lounges, and swing. The full-size washer and dryer are situated on this floor for easy access.

The private, oversized sun deck and covered gazebo built at the dune are the signature crown of this property and provides guests with direct and private access to the beach and hot and cold-water foot wash and shower head to rinse off the day's sand. Guest can escape the sand while relaxing on the Adirondak chairs on the sun deck or the sun under the covered gazebo enjoying meals or snacks at the picnic table or drinks at the bar ledge with additional seating. The sun deck and gazebo are accessible from all levels of the house.

In addition to the sun deck and covered gazebo, the decks off the bedrooms and living room provide a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, loungers and a swing. Six smart flat-screen TV's, access to guests streaming services and high-speed internet is all available.

Underneath parking and wet weather entry make escaping any inclement weather a breeze and access to the elevator provides ease of getting luggage, groceries, family and guests to the upper levels. An enclosed outdoor shower and changing area are equipped with hot and cold water is also available.
