Bedrooms

Primary Suite: Stretch out in the King bed and unwind in the private ensuite. Step through sliding doors to the peaceful deck - ideal for sunrise coffee or stargazing at night.

Queen Room: Rest easy in a cozy Queen bed with a TV, dresser, closet, and direct deck access for morning breezes and evening views.

Bunk Room: Great for kids or extra guests, this room features a twin-over-full bunk bed, a dresser, and TV. (Please note: closet is reserved for housekeeping use only.)

Living Space

Upstairs, enjoy a bright and airy open-concept living area with two comfy couches, a separate sitting nook, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sound. There's a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests, and you’ll find games and books to keep the whole group entertained.

Kitchen & Dining

The fully stocked kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and a Keurig Duo for K-Cups or drip coffee. Share meals indoors or step outside to the deck and dine al fresco as the sun sets over the sound.

Outdoor Oasis

Enjoy three private decks, each offering cozy seating and water views. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach days, and grab the included beach gear - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and toys - for your seaside adventures. Lounge, sip, and soak in the coastal charm.

Please Note: The unit is accessed via a full flight of stairs, and once inside, the home features two interior levels. There is no elevator access, so the space may not be ideal for guests with mobility limitations. We’ve included photos to help you plan accordingly, but please feel free to reach out with any questions prior to booking.

Additionally, while uncommon, the community pool may occasionally close for maintenance or circumstances outside of our control. Refunds will not be issued for temporary pool closures during a stay.
