Just steps from the public beach access, your days can begin with a peaceful sunrise stroll along the shore or a refreshing dip in the ocean. On the other side of the home, the private dock extends over the tranquil waterway, offering a gateway to boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, and world-class fishing. The covered lounge area on the dock provides a shady retreat with a sink for cleaning your fresh catch, making waterfront living effortless. After a day in the sun, retreat to the private heated pool, where plush lounge chairs and an outdoor grilling station create the perfect setting for poolside cocktails and al fresco dining.
The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious garage fully stocked with kayaks, beach chairs, and an extra refrigerator, ensuring every convenience is at your fingertips.
Ascending to the first floor, you’ll find a beautifully designed sleeping level. The master suite is a private sanctuary, featuring a king bed, spa-inspired en-suite bathroom. Another elegantly appointed king bedroom shares a stylish full bathroom with the bunk room, a fun and functional space boasting two twin-over-full bunk beds to comfortably accommodate kids or groups. This level also features a chic common area with a kitchenette, full bathroom, inviting lounge space, and a hidden murphy bed for additional sleeping options. Hakuna Matata offers a grocery lift on the left side of the house for personal belongings. It does not support passengers**
* Private pool can be heated for an additional $300 non-refundable fee during mid to late March - June 1 and September 1 - November 1 (weather and outdoor temperature permitting); 3-to-4-day notice is required prior to your arrival date to have the pool heat turned on.
INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
Please notify our office if you're planning to bring a pet as the following pet policy will apply: A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ONLY DOGS ARE ALLOWED. The pet fee is $250 plus tax for each pet. A pet fee will be added after booking. No dogs are allowed without prior approval and payment of a non-refundable pet fee, per pet. Undisclosed dogs will incur a minimum $300 fine plus tax. Violation of our 2-pet maximum policy will incur a minimum of $300 plus tax charge, per pet, plus the tenant will be in material breach of the lease, and grounds for eviction will apply. The pet must be removed from the premises immediately, and your reservation may be canceled with no refund given.
**Please note: All service animals and emotional support animals must be disclosed at the time of booking to allow the agent to collect records and documentation to support the request in accordance with all state and federal laws. A pet fee will NOT be charged for true Service Animals.**
Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
