Hurray! You've found us!!! Now come check us out! We're right across the street from the beach access and we're a true first floor unit. No steps to climb! This gorgeously remodeled 2-bedroom unit features tile floors, a large bathroom, and a kitchen equipped with ALL the appliances. Enjoy a huge living/dining room with a BIG Roku smart TV to stream whatever you desire, and literally STEPS away from the beach!
Located on a great dead-end street, you won't have to worry about speeding cars or traffic. As a ground floor unit in a 5-unit complex, you can park right outside your door. The spacious living area includes comfy couches, a dining table, and kitchen bar seating, plus a surprisingly spacious kitchen. The couch in the living room folds out into a sleeper couch, providing extra sleeping space.

The Neighborhood:
Topsail Island is the perfect getaway. There's tons to do on those rainy days because you won't want to leave the beach on the sunny ones!
Beautiful Wilmington is a scant 40 miles to the south with plenty of things to do like Museums, Battleship North Carolina, Fort Fisher Aquarium & Restaurants! Perfect to check out on a rainy down-day.
Jacksonville is 20 miles to the north. We're close to LeJeune's south gate.
Other Things to Note:
There is a coin operated laundry located in the building. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit itself.
We have 4 other 2 bedroom units in the building plus another 1 bedroom that sleeps 4. Contact us if you need more space!
