"I received an email prior to check in that allowed me to check in online. However, when I arrived it had only checked me in to one of my 2 rooms. I had to finish the check in at the front desk, so it didn't really save me anytime. When we got to the 2 rooms, both of the rooms had not been fully cleaned and had no bedding on any of the beds. They quickly got us a new room, but I was not impressed with their organization. We returned to this same hotel on our return portion of our vacation and check in took 10-15 minutes. There were 2 employees, but again it seemed very disorganized and like everything was taking forever. The following morning I needed to use a computer for work and both computers in their business center were out of order. All in all, it ended up being fine, but I was not impressed. "

"The rooms were spacious. Stains on sheets and towels Some of the rooms smelled like animals. Charged $15 a day per parking but never got any information about what car I was driving. Some nights the parking lot was filled and had to park across the street. Hallways dark. Breakfast fair. Close to airport and just a few exits away from restaurants and shopping. Cable only worked in the bedroom. "

"Shuttle was easy to schedule, staff was friendly, breakfast area very nice."

"There was no remote in our room when we got there. They did bring us one, then the microwave didn't work, they replaced this. Then we went to the pool, they closed the slide after we were there for 2 hours, didn't reopen during the 2 days of our stay (the slide was the main reason we chose this hotel) then we went to swim before we checked out, and the entire pool was closed. The staff were friendly, just wasn't pleased with the amenities or lack of access to the amenities we essentially paid for but we're unable to access."

"We stayed before flying out for a trip. The room was clean. The beds comfortable and the staff was pleasant! We love the option to keep our vehicle there and be shuttled to the airport "
