"Check in was easy but the property is clearly being remodeled but not by professionals. The room was painted poorly and the shower curtain rod was not secured properly so the curtain didn't actually work. Got woken up from sleep by staff accusing me of smoking in my room, when someone had been smoking just outside the door at the end of the hallway. "

"We only stayed overnight, but check in was simple & fast. Our room was clean & modern with firm beds, plenty of lighting and storage space/closet with a safe. There was also a mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. The bathroom was spacious with a nice sized walk in shower (loved it!)...Dove products provided. We stayed on the 3rd floor --NICE & QUIET. I seen an indoor pool and the breakfast area but did not take advantage of either. Check out was less than 1 minute. Staff was nice, we are definitely staying again and longer. $50 hold for incidentals was released immediately after check out. The area has plenty of dine in and fast food restaurants, a Walmart plus a few gas stations. Very close to I-65. "

"Building is obviously older and beginning to run down. The room tv’s aren’t able to connect to the internet so you can’t stream from their tv. Bed was comfortable, a/c and heat kept the room a comfortable temp, and the breakfast good. "

"No breakfast included in overpriced room rate. The "Bistro bar" supposedly had breakfast and coffee for sale but after waiting 15 minutes, no staff person appeared to help us with that. The elevator was broken so we had to haul out luggage up 3 flights of stairs. No body lotion in the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but not worth the hgih price"

"When arrived for check-in they did not have a room with 2 queens available, which is what I paid for on Hotels.com. Thankfully they had a second room, but this then cost us more money."
