Pool House Studio In A Garden Setting + EV chargers

The pool house has a queen bed and its own bathroom + shower. It is next to our house in a spacious yard in a quiet residential neighborhood. The bus stop is a 3 minute walk, while the beautiful John Smith's Bay beach is a 5 minute walk and the grocery store is 12 minutes away. We have a Labrador on the property so this is not a good fit unless you like dogs. :)

The kitchen area includes a small fridge, a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, hot plate, microwave and a toaster oven. There is no oven in the unit. There is a gas grill that is available for your use.

We also have another rental unit on the property, which is great if you want to travel with another couple/ friends. It is VRBO 969757 - please check it out! The other unit has a stove too.

You will have the pool house all to yourselves during the stay. You are also welcome to enjoy the pool which is right outside your door! It also makes this property unsuitable for children under 12. There is plenty of parking should you decide to rent a 50cc motor bike or a Twizy electric mini car. We also have a Twizy charging station on the property for your convenience.

We have towels, beach towels, iron, hair dryer and shampoo all here for your use. There is cable TV (includes HBO and Showtime), free wifi and air conditioning/ dehumidifier/ heat.

Bermuda's largest nature reserve, Spittal Pond is a 10 minute walk from our property. It is a great, diverse walk. There are 2 very good restaurants in Flatts Village about a mile away, Rustico and the Village Pantry. Flatts is also home to the Bermuda Aquarium. Collectors Hill area is about a mile away and has a few restaurants, a pharmacy, grocery store and a gas station. Hamilton and St. Georges are each about a 15 minute taxi or bike ride away and offer many restaurants and shopping.

The hosts, Chris and Gail are wonderful. Tilly, their dog, is adorable. The pool house was perfect for us. We went to Bermuda for a wedding, and stayed for a week. We had plenty of room. You can’t beat the location. We highly recommend this property to anyone!

1st Time in Bermuda

The property is gorgeous- sits up on a hill - walking distance to the beach. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The pool is spectacular and perfect after a day of exploring. We loved sitting outside at night and star gazing- no mosquitoes!! Had all we needed for breakfasts, and simple meals. Check in and out was a breeze.

Bermuda Adventure

We were there 5 nights, we enjoyed the calmness of the stay, after long days of adventures, we would kick back and enjoy the peaceful retreat. A short walk to the beach as well as the bus stop, made the stay very convenient. We enjoyed the pool as well, and Tilley was a joy! Chris and Gail were very helpful and was avaliable for any questions.

Excellent stay!!

Hosts were very accommodating and proactively helpful. Location was quiet and located near lovely beach and a nature preserve. Bus stops down the hill and short walk to grocery store. We plan to return some time!

Wonderful pool house,

Chris and Gail were great hosts, They had a very friendly dog who kept me company. Very quiet location, close to bus stops. I would surely recommend this for couples who prefer peace and quiet!

Relaxing in Bermuda

Cozy little cottage with the comforts of home.We are older seniors with a few mobility issues, so getting around was a bit of a challenge. We knew that coming in and we were prepared to use taxis for transportation. It was our 9th visit to Bermuda and seeing the sights has been done before. The place is very quiet and it was a delight to relax by or in the pool.

Beautiful Pool house

We loved our stay is this charming pool house. It was well equipped, beautiful inside and out, neighborhood was lush and manicured just beautiful. Chris and Gail were so nice and their dog Tilley. My husband and I would recommend and hope to return someday. Thanks for a great Bermuda experience.

Home away from home

Adorable, comfortable pool house. Great location in middle of island. Nice beach very close. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Have been to Bermuda many times but will stay here from now on! Highly recommend scooter or Twizzy rental for exploring the island.

Perfect Quiet Getaway on Bermuda

Our 3 day stay at Las Brisas was perfect. Chris and Gail were great hosts, with Chris welcoming us upon our arrival, reviewing everything we needed to know, and then leaving us to our own devices for our stay. The property is immaculate, as was the pool. The charging station for the e-car we had was not only welcomed, but a necessity. We cannot say enough great things about our stay, and although we probably will not be back to Bermuda in the near future, we will definitely prioritize staying on this property upon our return, and recommend to others as well.

The location was extremely convenient for walkable sightseeing, and local Hitch taxis to come scoop us for a visit to the other parts of this charming island! The host are lovely. We Loved the Pool House!

Location is great. We chose to use the bus system which was also great. However, walking South Road, either to get to the grocery store or John Smith Beach was challenging because of the very narrow road and the speed of the traffic. Our hosts did recommend always walking on the water side, which was very helpful.

Cute Little Pool House

Upon arrival we were met by the host, Chris who welcomed us back to the island and answered questions. Pool house is extremely cute and has all necessary things. There is a Lab on the property, Tilly. She is smart and well behaved. Great location! Lovely property and sweet hosts!

The PoolHouse

Perfect for solo traveler or couple. Clean and safe environment. Easy access to bus (steep hill could be an issue for some), walking distance to grocery store, Spital Pond Nature Preserve (beautiful!) and two nice restaurants in Flatts (healthy walk). Hosts are friendly and accommodating. Make sure you like large friendly dogs. Have stayed here before and plan to return.

What a fantastic property

Our stay was perfection. The pool house was exactly as described and very clean and orderly. The hosts were on site and very warm and welcoming. We rented an electric vehicle (this is also highly recommended) which we charged up at the property. As a bonus, my husband enjoyed playing with the dog! :)

Paradise!

Our trip was perfection! The pictures do the property no justice!! Its stunning. The pool house was super clean and really adorable for a couple. The pool was AMAZING! Chris, Gail and Tilly were great hosts. Location was perfect as well. Bermuda is truly paradise. We will definitely be back soon!

Paradise!

This is the second time we have stayed here. The hosts (Chris & Gail) are wonderful! Anything you need or questions you have they are there for you. The pool is beautiful!
