Spacious ocean view beach house - sleeps 12

You can hear the ocean and smell the sea in this very large, renovated beach house with an ocean view and short walk from Smiths beach but away amongst bushland. Upstairs is ideal to relax, entertain your friends and enjoy the views with cathedral ceilings, wood fire and huge ocean facing deck with BBQ and dining. Downstairs is a rumpus room for big or small kids and outside has room for boats or boards. Ping-pong, X-Box, Wifi, firewood, and Netflix are included. Contact us to remove 7.5% levy.

Recently renovated in Hamptons style with new super comfy beds, large double bedrooms and plenty of room for big and small kids to roam. Also includes a desk, monitor, mouse and keyboard in case you need to get some work done.

Amazing serene location

From the moment we booked for our pet friendly stay Jeremy the host provided brilliant communication to ensure that the moment we arrived we could settle in. The house is well appointed, fire place was wonderful for the winter stay. Rooms were clean well kept and bed was very comfortable. Only a quick stroll to Smiths beach and a cafe the same. Perfect place for a relaxing holiday filled with beautiful views, wildlife at your doorstep and games to keep you entertained on a rainy day if you don't feel like streaming something.
