"The pictures online were deceiving. We got our room and had messed up furniture, the floor was dirty, had no phone, and when we went to take a shower the water first came out light brown. Me and my fiance reserved this $192 room for our anniversary and couldn't be more disappointed. They stated they would give me points as a discount cuz they stated they couldnt take off because i went through experian, the points didnt even come through at all! They tried to give us another room but one with a double bed, (we had a king bed and wanted that for our anniversary) the guy at the front desk gurenteed that the room with the double beds was alot nicer than the one we were staying in, which was confusing because why did we get an unsanitary and wrecked looking room thats seemed to not be used in a while if there were better rooms. We just wanted what we paid for, they were extremely deceiving in so many ways. I will be sure not to go back!! Breakfast was also disgusting and there was trash all over near the pool and the picnic area. Definitely not worth almost $200!!!"

"This hotel is wonderful. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is conveniently located. The landscaping is absolutely gorgeous. There are family friendly amenities all around the property, and the price is right! I will definitely be staying here when I return to Williamsburg."
