The room was clean but their was a problem with the air conditioner which dripped water on the carpet, thus making the carpet very wet; there was no refrigerator in the room which was apart of my amenities; and we had to kill a water bug. I was told that the hotel is undergoing renovations.

Won’t stay here again. The room smelled moldy it looked like it was a motel 6 turned into a country inn. The Hispanic young girl in the front desk just sits there with a attitude and doesn’t help anyone.

Definitely would not stay here again. The hotel manager is amazing. The Latina girl needs to go. Nasty attitude and didn’t care to help anyone. Just sat there and let the other guy deal with the guest. The room smelled funky. Dirty. The fridge didn’t work. The chair in the room was breaking apart. Just a horrible stay. The best part was checking out.

This property would have easily received an excellent rating from us if it weren't for a few disappointments. We stayed at this Country Inn over the past week. It was dead of Summer. When we chose the hotel we were strategic in our search for our stay. We picked this property because of the pool. Unfortunately when we arrived we see a note on the counter that reads “Our pool is closed due to a part issue”. This put a huge damper on our vacation. There was a lot of confusion as to when the pool was down and if it would be up during our week stay. I feel there should have been some type of accomodations made from the manager. Sadly, there wasn’t. Our room could have used some upgrades as well as the smell had an older smell, our carpet had a few stains. All things considered hotel was clean overall. The staff were polite and attentive. The manager did tell me next time that I consider the property to call ahead to see if the pool is up. I presume that means the pool is down often. If the pool issue was rectified, and the carpet wasn’t stained this property would have received a great rating from us.

We were there for a softball tournament, pool closed! No forewarning of that! Had issues with a reservation that was made 1 month ago. Was told that they did not have a room for us, finally got one, then 30 minutes later a stranger walks into our room. Double booked! Front desk personnel disrespectful, unhelpful and rude! Awful experience. Manager told use she had been there only 2 weeks. There needs to be some major customer service work done!
