「We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, reading, hiking, listening to the loons, playing games and watching movies on the one rainy day we had. We especially appreciate that we were able to bring our dog who also had a great time! 」

「A wonderful place to have our family reunion! Everything was clean and in good order. The dock is in shallow water, so be aware of that if you plan to bring a boat. Great for the kids to swim though!」

「Great spot on the pond! Wonderful place for couple or one person to stay. The dogs loved the fenced in yard and so did we. Home had everything we needed to make meals. Also had many of the small things like coffee filters, foil, a few zip lock bags etc that saved us having to pick up. We heard loons throughout our stay, and saw a bald eagle fly over the pond a few times. Its 10 minutes from Augusta, grocery less than 6 miles away. Communication was great with host. 「We had such a relaxing stay at this cabin. The property is incredibly peaceful, and the neighbors are friendly but respectful of privacy. The cabin was clean and well-stocked with essentials like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and large towels, which made settling in so easy. It’s a great spot for guests of all ages, and we truly felt at home. We’re already planning to book this cabin again next year!」

「Perfect camp experience on a beautiful lake. The camp is comfortable, clean, rustic, perfect. The grounds are beautiful, fun to explore around the house as well as relax lakeside. 「This was our fourth stay at this lovely place! Both the cottage and the lake are so quiet! The cottage is cozy and well cared for. The location is great too. Mary is always helpful and wonderful to work with. Hope to vacation there again next year. 」

「Honestly, we were not expecting much based on the VRBO posting, but we were pleasantly surprised. The space was adorable, and much roomier than we expected. Waking up to baby deer at our front door, this place was a great get-away for a night.」

「Cottage was quaint but with everything one would need for a fun and relaxing week…watercraft, grill, dock for fishing or sitting, comfortable beds, and an air conditioner for the humid days and nights. A loon pair and chick, bald eagle, osprey, heron, and multiple hummingbirds were a treat! Will look to be back next summer!!」
