"The check in process was quick and efficient. The person was very helpful and provided information of things to do in the area. The onsite restaurant and lounge had friendly staff as well and the food was delicious. This site has a great view of the Columbia River Easy access to I-84. Nice base to explore the region."

"Everyone we came into contact with was great. The room was clean and well set up. I wish the restaurant or a coffee shop was right onsite and not a drive uphill is the only complaint. The restaurant was really good and price was not bad though."

"The room was a nice size and very clean. It had a tiny view of the river. Rooms have a large (deep) balcony, but only one plastic chair provided for furniture on the balcony. So really useless. No table, there were two of us in the room, but only the one chair. Basically useless spot. Also, there should be provided enough towels/ washcloths for all people in the room, minimum. We had one washcloth only. It was nice to be able to purchase a cold drink at the office for a decent price."

"Difficult for me to rate this property because I’m on a lot of positives, there was one significant negative. The room was relatively nice if a little outdated, the staff was very nice and responsive, and the location was good. Hood River, a town we knew nothing about, turned out to be a pleasant little surprise with a great waterfront, some cute breweries and restaurants, and easy access to great hiking and views Now for the negative, which made things difficult to me. The property is located right next to a road and immediately beyond that is the highway. With the blind up, the window was on the same level as all the cars passing by and you could definitely hear the highway although it did not interfere with sleep. So, I would say comfortable middle level property but definitely try to get a room that is not adjacent to the highway."

"We enjoyed our cabin stay. There is a kitchenette, refrigerator, shower, heat, A/C in the cabin. (The description online didn't capture all the amenities.) Having some tea and hot cocoa provided along with firewood was a nice touch. The bed was comfortable. This was a glamping experience - good for a couple. No space for more than 2 people. We would recommend and return!"
