I received a call shortly after 11:00 reminding me of checkout, and while I understand the policy, the tone felt rushed and a bit impolite. Being told there would be extra charges if I stayed past 11:20 came across as unnecessarily strict. I believe it’s important for customers to have a consistent experience from check-in to check-out. Checking in was great, but the checkout experience left me questioning things."

This property is in the business district, so there was no traffic noise at night, making for a very peaceful stay.
