I love the hotel, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, in the center of town with many tour locations within walking distance. The problem was that on Friday and Saturday nights the street was turning into a young adult party area with load cars and loud music all night long. Very disappointing since we stayed here last year and it was much quieter and restful.

Great location, clean and comfortable.

This is a very nice hotel located in the heart of Reykjavík. It’s very comfortable though the rooms are not immensely large. Just for people’s knowledge, there is no front desk for check in and no observable staff. No worries though, they send you a code for keypad for the front door and your room. We had zero issues getting into the hotel and into our room. A very important note, there is a phenomenal bakery called Brikk right next to the hotel. They have wonderful baked goods and really good coffee. Well worth your time and money.

They couldn't get the digital key to work. The office is very difficult to find and there is construction on the street that it is located on. The shower was small and old

Convenient location walkable to all the restaurants and bars. Fairly small room, but good for the price compared to other hotels and the location. Food at the restaurant was also good.
