The owner was great but I wish I could say the same for the property. The unit was a nightmare! This should not be rented at all! As an example, the kitchen was only a sink with no proper head room. Same condition for the bathroom wherte there was no room in front of the sink. We'd rented this for two nights, however the owner was understanding enough to cancel and refund the second night.

Absolutely stunning views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik. Do not hesitate, this villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. We enjoyed our mornings on the balcony overlooking the sea and cooling off in pool during the evenings. But the best part of the stay was our host! Adrian and Naira made us feel like family. They were so gracious and generous during our stay. We hope to return soon!

"Overall a great place. This is an older building that has been well maintained. But as a 1970s building it is showing its age and era of architecture. On the flip side, it was much less expensive than most hotels we have stayed at on this trip and as a result there seem to be more locals, which was ..."
