"One of the worst stays. No staff around to help except the 2 people who serve breakfast and make rooms but have no idea who checks in or checks out. Live witness to a family of 4 who couldn't check-in because the wrong room# and lock key were given to them and then no one picked up the phone on any of the lines. It's like a Ghost motel. Rusty hot water. Shower closet way too small for an adult. Breakfast is terrible. No eggs. No skyr/yogurt. No fresh fruits. We got lucky it seems when checking in that our lock box opened. Expedia should remove this property. It's not even worth $100/night but they are charging $500/night."
