"This hotel is in a perfect location directly on the sea shore. That is only good thing I can say. We arrived at 14.30 and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to arrive on reception to be told the room was not ready and to go away for an hour. When we returned we were showed our room on the ground floor which we booked as a family room with a sea view and it looked at the carpark. "The staff was exceptional in trying to accommodate guests. From the the reservations, check-in, restaurant and bar staff to the room maids, it was obvious that everyone went the "extra mile". Room designs were convenient and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant ( both indoor and outside offers a wonderful view and a generous breakfast. We've just completed our fourth extended stay, using the hotel as our base for exploring the region. We look forward to our next stay."
