Located just 1 km from the sea and 500 metres from the main road, the villa enjoys both tranquility and easy access to beaches, tavernas, and local amenities.

The property is arranged as three independent luxury apartments sharing a generous outdoor space with a superb terrace and a private 40 sqm swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, shaded pergola, and plush seating areas. Together the apartments accommodate up to six guests, with the option of two additional guests on a sofa bed. The third apartment, measuring 35 sqm, is also studio-style, offering a double bed, bathroom with shower, mini fridge, HI-FI stereo, flat smart TV, and the bonus of a shaded outdoor lounge area.

The gardens surrounding Villa Skiathos Alpha are filled with aromatic herbs, vibrant bougainvilleas, and olive and fig trees, creating a warm Mediterranean atmosphere. Guests will love the peaceful hillside setting, framed by pine trees and countryside, with magnificent sea and mountain views that capture the very best of Skiathos. Pool towels are provided for guest use, completing the relaxed and welcoming ambience of this exceptional villa.

Bel emplacement avec très belle vue

Maison privée avec prestations hôtelière.Attention toutefois cuisine minimaliste,vous pourrez très difficilement cuisiner.Très bon accueil de philippos , toujours prêt à vous aidez ,et à vous donner de bon conseils (surtout ne cassez rien!!!)
