Great gondola and never a very long line. Not a very big mountain, but had great snow! Not enough food counters/drink stations open to service everyone. Bring your own food & drinks if you want to eat between 11:45 and 2:00pm. Otherwise, eat very early or very late.

Rent the ski equipment in town because the waiting line at ski apache is too long

The lift operators don't know how to stop the lift for beginners, which seems systemic to the ski resort, however, the other staff were very kind. The snow is great. The drive up to the mountain sometimes requires snow chains. More so than other mountains I've been to.

It is very high on the mountain and takes almost an hour to get there even though it's 22 mls away. Gorgeous drive though.
