"unique located at the top of a hill 15 minut from skardu airport , the Mountain Lodge Resort offers the perfect way to view haramosh and khasur ghang Mountain and the whole valley. Each room has a balacony with a view of the mountains and the valley - stunning during every part of the day. Our room was comfortable, and the service personnel were friendly and helpful. "A nice hotel. But considering the run-down room, facilities, and amenities, it might be slightly overpriced. The room is clean but a bit small.
The location on the map (shown in not Expedia) is wrong. We thought this hotel is relatively close to the center of Skardu, but actually it is rather close to the airport. Public transportation is not easily available between the hotel and the city center. So the only way is a hotel car (1500Rs round trip).
Staff is polite and friendly.
