The staff was great and we were welcomed efficiently, kindly, and with all information needed. I was very happy that the front desk was able to lend us a digital luggage scale. There was a broken soap dispenser in the shower and a loose reading lamp at one of the beds. A technician came to repair it but nothing changed. The hotel is extremely conveniently located to the metro train that made for very easy connections to the city centre, airport and Sweden, and to a mall with a food court, large grocery store, and various shops of all kinds. I would happily stay here again.

Great location and nice, clean rooms. There were problems with the Internet connection but they were fixed eventually.

The hotel is beautiful and in a wonderful location. The restaurant and all the hotel staff were kind and inviting. A must stay while in Copenhagen

Hotel is in great location with friendly staff, perfect for Nyhaven, Paper Island and Christianshaven. Minor quibbles stopped me giving this 5* across the board. I would definitely have the hotel invest in blackout curtains or blinds.

People and facilities were excellent.
