"Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"A very well located hotel close to the main railway station in Charleroi. Check in was quick, the room was comfortable with good air conditioning and reasonably quiet at night. A good value stay and would recommend."

"Très bien située, à proximité de tous les services, cette auberge nous a offert un séjour vraiment agréable. Les lieux étaient impeccablement propres et le service à la clientèle était remarquable. L’ambiance était calme, idéale pour se reposer, et le petit‑déjeuner, complet et savoureux, nous a permis de bien commencer la journée. Nous étions une famille de quatre et avons grandement apprécié notre passage."

"Hotel was situated in the perfect location close to the train station and within easy access to travel links to the airport. It has plenty of amenities nearby including shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel was lovely, well kept, clean and modern with friendly staff and great bar service with Happy Hour on great cocktails. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with tea making facilities and an even a mini fridge. The one down side of the room was that it was very warm and the airconditioning was quite loud and didn’t seem to be doing a lot but other than that I can’t fault it."
