I had the most incredible experience at ME Milan - Il Duca! The service provided by Jenny Rossi, Aura Manager, Sabrina Gallo, Concierge, Anthony Ardizzone, Head Concierge, and Gabriela Serranti, Front Office Manager, was simply outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for guests truly stood out.Having traveled to almost 14 countries across Europe, I can confidently say that this was the best hotel experience I've ever had. The Italian hospitality displayed by the team at ME Milan - Il Duca, was unparalleled. Lovely hotel in a great part of Milan. Close to shops and dining options. The hotel has very clean, modern, and well maintained. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a good selection of variety. The staff is lovely as well!

"Lovely staff and excellent breakfast. Only criticism was that there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room. Towels were also very thin, small and not the best quality! The staff and ambience made up for this though."
