"It's not a bad place. But filthy carpets were the main disappointment & filthy smoke butts outside the main door up stairs. Was there for 3 days, not once did I see anybody do any cleaning or replenish towels or tea & coffee. That's why it wasn't value for money. "Would visit again. The room was clean and smart, the bed was so comfy I slept really well. Loved the pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. Parking was difficult as it was a busy time when I arrived. It's a popular place especially with the gym and pool so reception area was very busy. It's located on an industrial site. Only downside was the Starbucks staff aren't very friendly but the hotel staff were. Would recommend this hotel."
