In a residential area, 10 minutes walk from the city center, 2 ha property, very quiet on the edge of the forest on the side of the Baume mountain, a 70 m² detached house, comfortable, 4 people, swimming pool (9 x 4 m) fenced, reserved for holidaymakers in the house, large shaded terrace under arbor, living room, lounge, 2 bedrooms, fitted kitchen. Surrounded by gardens, closed private garage. Nice view and very nice environment. Animals are accepted.
Swimming from June until mid-September.

Peaceful house with views of Sisteron

We very much enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable house in a very quiet location on the edge of Sisteron. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed lunch on the outside terrace in front of the house. Suggestion for improvement would be to add a second sofa in the living room.

Am Tor zur Provence

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt in kühlem Haus (schon im Juni war es sehr heiß) mit viel Freiheit, einem phantastischen Pool (mit Blick auf die Zitadelle), den wir ganz für uns alleine hatten.Von Sisteron aus kann man viel entdecken und erleben, was noch fernab der Touristenströme ist. Mme Parraud war in allen Belangen sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.Vielleicht könnte man in die Beschreibung noch mit aufnehmen, dass die Bettwäsche nicht inkludiert ist - das hatten wir zumindest nicht so herausgelesen.

Séjour parfait

Un endroit et un domaine magnifique et reposant, à proximité de Sisteron. Une région splendide à découvrir. Beaucoup de circuits et de parcours de randonnées accessibles à tous. La maison est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse, très fraîche malgré les températures caniculaires parfois. Le point fort est la superbe piscine au milieu de cet écrin de verdure, une piscine très bien entretenue, rien que pour soi, un vrai privilège. Ceci sans parler de l'amabilité et la disponibilité des hôtes. Merci à eux pour cette découverte. Une adresse à conserver mais aussi à partager. Marie et Noël.

Maison très bien située pour les escapades pédestres en montagne et la découverte des nombreux sites et petits villages à proximité de Sisteron. Hôtesse très accueillante avec laquelle nous avons eu plaisir à discuter.

De bien belles vacances qui laisseront de beaux souvenirs

Nous sommes revenus dans ce bel endroit, c’est dire… Jolie région pour de belles randos, sans oublier les plaisirs gastronomiques du coin et la belle piscine dont l’eau est parfaitement traitée et que la chaleur provençale nous a bien fait apprécier . La maison est agréable et bien équipée. On peut avoir le plaisir de manger sur le grand balcon ou à l’ombre bienfaisante du grand mûrier près de la piscine. Il y a aussi quelques plans d’eau dans les environs. A 4 mn en voiture de Sisteron, la maison est au calme avec un grand jardin arboré. Nous apprécions aussi les échanges sympathiques avec la propriétaire qui, à l’occasion, ne manque pas de donner quelques tuyaux sur ce qu’on peut voir, faire ou manger dans le coin. Très heureux de nos vacances que nous aurions bien prolongées si cela avait été possible.

Wunderbare Auszeit

Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir erwartet und freundlich begrüßt. Alle Zimmer waren wie in der Anzeige vorgestellt und mit ausreichend Platz. Wir waren nur zu zweit, es können auch mehrere Personen unterkommen. Die Vermieterin war bei Fragen und bei Bedarf sehr unterstützend. Die Lage ist traumhaft außerhalb, man ist dennoch in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Ort. Es gibt mehrere Restaurants zur Auswahl und einen kleinen SPAR Markt. Der nächste richtig große (!!) Supermarkt "Super U" mit eigener Tankstelle ist knapp 7 km entfernt. Hier gibt es auf dem Areal u.a. auch "Intersport", "LIDL" etc. in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Am Ferienhaus ist ausreichend Parkplatz vorhanden. Wir hatten auch einen Anhänger mit einem Motorrad darauf dabei - kein Problem! Das Motorrad durfte auch in einer abgesperrten Garage unter der Wohnung abgestellt werden. Der Pool und die Liegewiese bieten eine entspannte Erholung. An manchen Tagen möchte man einfach nur liegenbleiben und nichts tun! Von der Vermieterin gab es bei einer persönlichen Routenplanung noch wunderbare, sehenswerte Ausflugstipps, für die wir sehr dankbar waren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, von Kaffeemaschine, Geschirr bis hin zur Spül- und Waschmaschine ist alles da. Die Waschmaschine hatten wir nicht in Gebrauch. Den getrennten (!) Müll (Verpackungen, Papier, Glas, Bio und Hausmüll) kann man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß in großen Containern entsorgen. Danke für die nette Betreuung, wir kommen definitiv wieder! Peter & Meike

Très agréable sejour

Propriété au calme mais néanmoins à 5 mn en voiture de Sisteron, avec le privilège d’avoir une piscine réservée à cette location. Maison très bien équipée, grand jardin, environnement magnifique avec de très belles randos possibles pour découvrir les montagnes ou les charmants vieux villages de la Haute Provence, sans oublier les producteurs locaux de miel, huile, fromages ou savons de Marseille par exemple… Il y a à faire, à découvrir et à bien manger. Ou bénéficier du calme pour se reposer aussi. Propriétaires charmants et toujours prêts à donner de bons tuyaux si nécessaire. Ces vacances nous ont enchantés. Il n’est pas impossible qu’on y revienne…

eine tolle Woche in Sisteron

das schön gepflegte Haus liegt traumhaft inmitten eines großen Grundstücks mitten im grünen, sehr ruhig gelegen. Dennoch ist die Altstadt von Sisteron nur einen Kilometer entfernt. Wir haben die Woche hier genossen. Danke auch an die sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin Marie Pierre Parraud, die uns auch den Pool schon im Mai zur Nutzung vorbereitet hatte.
