It is a newly renovated two-room apartment of approximately 55 square meters, consisting of a living area and kitchen (with a spacious terrace perfect for outdoor lunches or dinners), a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent balcony, a bathroom, and finally a small hallway with a washing machine. Free shared parking spaces are available just outside the building for your car.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, large fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, as well as everything you need for cooking and dining. A sofa bed with an 18-cm mattress, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hair dryer, and a washing machine are all at your disposal to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The apartment is very close to a restaurant, a pub, a gym, and a Neapolitan pizzeria that also offers takeout. As for the Terme Virgilio (a 5-minute walk away), it’s about 400 meters away, while the center of Colombare is about 500 meters away, where you’ll find the nearest shops and supermarkets (a 7-minute walk or 2-minute drive). The nearest beaches are about 700 meters away, while the historic center of Sirmione (a must-see) is about 4 kilometers away. If that’s too far, you can take a shuttle from town that will take you to the center, or take a 45-minute walk along the lake.
