The only steps were from the top dock to the bottom dock, which was a unique bonus for the Smith Lake area rentals. The quiet location was perfect for my crew who love to kayak. The only negative thing that I could say is we weren’t told that there was an apartment with someone else staying beside us until after we had booked the house, probably wouldn’t have booked it had we known that.
