"Lovely setting and place to stay.But. We needed to change our booking by extending it. I sent a message through the VRBO app to the host and didn't get a reply. To cut a long story short I sent several messages over several days until I had to speak with someone at VRBO as the actual park wouldn't help. Very long winded and time consuming.The place was nice but only clean on the surface. The floors hadn't been cleaned, bits everywhere. The rug was full of sand. The bathroom floor was very dusty....

"Das Haus und das Gelände sind wunderschön. Obwohl es an einem Kreisverkehr liegt, wurden wir überhaupt nicht mit Verkehrslärm belästigt. Peter, der uns das Haus zeigte, war sehr freundlich und angenehm, er reagierte sofort, als wir ihn wegen Algen im Pool kontaktierten. Das Problem wurde ohne Verzögerung behoben und hat unsere Freude am Pool nicht beeinträchtigt. Ein wenig Stauraum in den 2 kleineren Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss würde das Haus perfekt machen. "The unit is spacious with a living room bedroogm, kitchen eating area and large bathroom. The owners provided us with coffee for the coffee machine, fresh fruit and fresh flowers. The have hens and even gave us some fresh eggs. The bed is great: it is adjustable. There was a TV in the bedroom with Netflix included. "This is a charming cabin in a wonderful quiet area.Peaceful and restful but an easy drive to many attractions.Great rooms, bathroom is wonderful, kitchen fully supplied.I would definitely recommend and will stay there again."

"Room was excellent, only very slight issue was a sticky mark on one of the bedside tables, but that was minor in the grand scheme of things. Decent size room, heating was required as outside temp was cold and it worked well. Shower and bathroom excellent, and the bed is the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on - wish I could get one shipped back to the UK! Bar area is warm and welcoming and the staff were all excellent, gladly speaking English as I couldn’t speak Dutch unfortunately. Aisha on check-in was fantastic and gave me all the info I needed. Location is excellent, centre of Eindhoven a ten min drive away, and PSV campus the same which is what I went for (football game). 100% would go back again. "

"The room was clean and spacious. We loved the bar, kids areas, and bar staff was very friendly. Within a 10-15 minute walk to the front gate of Efteling, and drive-able to other restaurants and shopping. We loved having a market directly beneath the hotel. We just wished there was at least a mini refrigerator and/or microwave in the room. We bought some perishables (cheese, meats) from the market and couldn't store them anywhere cold. "

"Absolutely brilliant hotel, best hotel i have stayed in for a while and i travel a lot. Very good value for a relatively cheap price for a stay Very clean and spacious. All the staff are very helpul and friendly and cant do enough for you. Excellent amenties, pool, sauna, gym and even a lounge where you can play pool, air hockey and table football Great location just south of the city center short 5 min walk into town. Parking available and a bit pricey but seems the same everywhere locally."
