「The property is an island property so as you would expect it is well used and things do need tended to. Some lights needed replaced as well as getting some of the fans functional. The biggest thing was that the property is open, including the bathrooms. In addition, the listing is not up front about the additional cost of water and electricity if you go over. I had a family of 6 with me and ended up with an additional $400 in charges when we left. All in all I would recommend the property but...

This turned out well for us, honestly the 5th bedroom at the villa is outside of the door to the kitchen and not connected to the common area. 「Our group of 12 people stayed for 10 days, and we had a fantastic time. The house had more than enough room, with a great layout that gave each bedroom their own space. Opening the many windows allowed for a beautiful breeze, that we never needed the A/C during the day. 「We stayed in this property because of the fabulous photos and property location. The property is located in a private resort with excellent access to the ocean, pool and restaurants if you don't have time to explore outside. We visited several beaches around and realized the Northside of Curacao has the best beaches of the Island, including Cas Snap and Porto Mari. The home is beautiful and modern, and the pool area was a HUGE hit! We loved that Jan Thiel beach was an easy walk from the house and Tugboat beach was only minutes away.
