Hi Peter, thanks for the review. As you would have seen we have signs in regards to renovations going on, there is never a good time for a Hotel to do reno's but we try. We certainly don't do things on the cheap, please remember we are a 3 star Hotel, not the Ritz. In regards to your dinner, the restaurant is run independently however schnitzels are either shallow or deep fried in oil and will always have some oil residue plus we never get any complaints about the menu, especially guests loving the cuisine and the sides for all dishes. If you can do better we welcome your tender to operate the restaurant. Cheers.

Thanks, of course everything was our fault, from you demanding a free upgrade on check in to not leaving until nearly 11am, even saying you know check out was 10am, which holds up housekeeping to doors being slammed and rudeness. Thanks anyway, take care.
