セントーサのUSSに行くので、夫婦で一日宿泊しましたが、行き方を覚えれば、USSはすぐ近くで、楽でした。ハードロックホテルは、少しハードロックカフェに似た雰囲気で、ロッカーの写真、ギターのオブジェがあったりして、見ていて楽しめます。部屋にはバスタブはなかったです。プールが大きく、足元が砂のエリアと、タイル張りのエリアがあります。リゾート感があり、お子さんも楽しんでいました。夜にバーを使いましたが、フィッシュ&チップスが、ボリュームあり、美味しかった！フロント、タクシー乗り場、庭などで良く質問させて頂きましたが、何回か同じ方と話すことが多く、顔を覚えて頂いていました。皆さんフレンドリーで、笑顔が素敵でした(^^)とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました！

リピート利用です。USSや駅へのアクセスの良い立地と、プールが充実していることが最大の価値です。子ども達はプールを気に入って、ほぼ毎日満喫していました。設備やホスピタリティを求める場合は、別のホテルが良いでしょう。 2023年夏時点では、再開発中で多くの飲食店が閉まっている状況でしたが、終わったらまた利用したいと思います。

前回、立地がよく楽しめたので、2度目のリピート滞在です。初日、シーツがおねしょの匂いがして臭くて眠れませんでした。交換するように頼むと、変えてくれましたが、その後も頼まないとシーツやバスローブは、食べこぼしなどで汚れていても、頼まないと、エコのためか交換してくれない。そのこと以外は、レストランも近くにあり、プールも滑り台や人工ビーチがあり、快適に過ごせました。

宿泊客変更の手続きを事前にエクスペディアに伝えたにも関わらず、ホテル側が把握していなかった。また、朝食混みの宿泊であったが、子供の朝食料金が含まれておらず、追加支払いをしたことが残念だった。他のホテル全般については、立地条件のよいホテルでとても快適であった

ホテル内のプールがとても素敵でした。ウォーターフロント駅やコーブウォーターパークなどの施設へのアクセスが良く立地に関してはかなり良かったです。部屋のドアノブが壊れていたり部屋の設備（USB）が充実していない点が残念でした。ホテルロビーや廊下など、芳香剤なのか香水なのか独特の臭いに慣れず家族も我慢していました。

小さな子供と宿泊するので、事前にエクスペディアの方に頼んでベッドガードを３つお願いしてあったのに、一つも用意されておらず、フロントに言ったら、そんなの聞いていないとのこと。さらにお願いしても、在庫がないから一つしか用意できないと上から言われた。また、部屋にはハンドタオルもなく（本当はあるのになかった）、４人で宿泊するのにバスタオルも３枚しかなかった（翌日も）。フロントスタッフの態度がすごく悪い。

家族7人、4世代での旅行でした。部屋はツインとダブルで3部屋でコネクティングをリクエストし、使いやすかったです！なんといってもプールが最高で、毎日楽しみました！プールのエントランスには専用カード、レンタルバスタオルも部屋番号が必要で返すときも枚数チェックがあります。セキュリティがしっかりしているので安心！キャリーを預ける所のスタッフは親切でフレンドリー。帰りのタクシーはワゴン車を手配してくれてスムーズに移動ができました。コインランドリーはないので、宿泊分の洋服は必要かな〜水着は手洗いでベランダがツインの部屋にはあったので干せました。ホテルの裏側？にはカジノ、USS、シーアクアリウムなどなどメインの遊び場が… 便利で綺麗で素敵なホテルでした！また、泊まりたいなぁ〜

砂浜のあるプールが素敵。小学生の子供たちが大喜びでした。部屋は適度に整っており清潔感があります。水廻りは少し残念。バスタブがないのと、シャワーも温度調節がやや難しかったので。シャワーブースもトイレも扉がガラス性で鍵もなく簡素なので、家族であれば問題ないですが、デートで泊まるには微妙な気がします。日本人だとお風呂やトイレに厳しい評価をしてしまいますが、海外だと思えば合格点レベル。プールビューのお部屋だとベランダがあって出られるので水着を干すことができて便利でした。正面のエントランスではなく、プール側から出ると飲食店や主なレジャー施設が全て徒歩圏内にあり、立地が最高でした！

フロントのスタッフの方だけは良かったです。でも、他はイマイチでした。バルコニーのドアの鍵が壊れたと伝えてもYESだけで解決しない。ドラマンの無愛想が酷い。

良かった点 : 清潔度

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

立地はいいですが、それ以外はかなり印象が良くありません。チェックインでも、朝食でも長い列が出来、足りない備品を頼もうにも、連絡先の情報もなく、直接フロントまで行くしかありませんでした。
