Dear Magie, thank you for your review. Please note that we do not have staff on site as our hotels are pop-up shipping container hotels and are spread all over the island. As such, it will not be possible for us to respond immediately to guest request. Regardless, we will still endeavor to reply or to respond within a reasonable time frame. Based on our internal investigation, we found out that a member of your household requested for a power adapter which we managed to deliver within 2 hours of your request.
