Nice stay!!! Loved it!
The room was cozy and clean, good for couples! Love that different lighting inside the bathroom too! Except for the shower can’t really figure out how to change to the other one

I had issues with how clean the rooms where I was moved 6 times which wasn’t great at all! The staff where nice and friendly and did resolve my issue

This hotel is ok for a budget hotel but the room rate wasn't budget. Very small room, had an ant infestation around the table area, if room rate had been sub SGD150 a night no complaints, but for over 270 you expect better.

Very clean and great location. Great for young people and those on a budget. It is very small and tight inside the rooms. We spent very little time inside of our room.

This is the worst hotel that I have stayed. The room is extremely small, dark and dirty. Of course, the hotel rate is not expensive. But, it is not at the budget hotel level. The bed is on a 1 feet platform, which is surrounded by four walls with only a small opening for me to go from the bed to the door with a 1 feet tall step. There are windows on one of the walls. But, the opposite hotel is blocking the light. The room is very dark in general. As my room is at the third floor, I can clearly hear noise from the street. The toilet with bathroom is very small and dark. The lighting in the bathroom is ridiculous … very weak light blue to the roof. I basically cannot see any thing clearly during bath. They put a wooden plate next to the bed to work as a desk. But, it is only 1 feet from the floor. This is completely crazy! The save-box doesn’t work. The hotel room is very noise. I can hear people talking in the other rooms. There are families with kids making noise all day long. Right next to the hotel is the Singapore Funeral Home (Singapore Casket Co. (Pte) Ltd.). If you want to go to the Bendemeer MRT station, you must go pass it. All staffs are not helpful except one lady! It seems like the entire hotel is running by that lady, who is doing all the works. Others are just sit there and say no to all your questions and requests. I deeply regret that I selected this hotel. Good boutique hotel for the price paid
I am very particular when it comes to the interior of the hotel rooms, and I must say Arton boutique is a good boutique hotel for the price paid. There was however a baby cockroach that popped out of nowhere. Customer service rep morning called and said check out has to be at 12 sharp else extra charges will be incurred. They were nice to give another 15 minutes grace period.

Positive review overall for the quick response
The first room given was not good. The moment we open room the door, the stench coming from the toilet was terrible. I notified the reception and was immediately given another room which is so much better.

Stayed at Arton for couple of times, all of those stays were amazing. This is the first time i had an bad experience with the front office personnel. It was a lady, she wasnt friendly/nice. I couldnt see her name tag as her hair was covering it.
