"Everything was clean in the room. The environment was comfortable. Be prepared that cookware, utensils, dishes and cups, etc., are not provided. You need to buy paper plates, paper towels, forks, knives, etc. I was not expecting that. Otherwise, it is a great location to the airport and lots of restaurants and fast food within 2 miles. Also, we only could have 3 hangers. The internet did not work well, i used my phones hotspot. "

"We were very happy that we chose Crowne Plaza Hotel in Greenville for an important event that we were attending in Greenville. We would return for sure. It is very close to the airport, and easy to get on the I-385 to get around Greenville. We loved our room on the 6th floor. It was nice and quiet, had everything that we needed. The bed was very comfortable, great Keurig coffee maker, , fridge. Lots of space for our belongings. They have a shuttle that will take you places close to the hotel if need be. The gentleman was very kind and friendly. We did not use the shuttle but he did tell us where we could get a few grocery items. It was perfect. The staff that checked us in were awesome, very friendly, got our room early which was so appreciated. If I had to say something negative, I would say however that the lady at the front desk for the remainder of our stay was not very friendly or helpful, but that was a minor detail as everything else was fantastic. "
