Walk to Simpson Bay Beach in 5 minutes – Please note that access to the beach is via a staircase.
Walk to Maho Beach in 7 minutes & watch the planes land.

The studio is on the 1st floor, no elevator.

This comfortable and private vacation space is ideal for a romantic vacation or relaxing getaway for two, where guests are looking to be steps to the beach and close to nearby attractions. So many good points about the accommodations; secure, comfortable, clean, very well stocked with needed items, quiet at night and a convenient location (with the added bonus of driving by the Maho beach plane watchers daily). Cathy, from the management team greeted us with generous provisions and went over some household info. We hope to revisit your wonderful island soon as well as that amazing view from your balcony! Thank you!

We have been to SXM many times and this was our first stay in Beacon Hill. Wonderful condo, amazing view and easy access to the beach. Dinghy Dock Bar and Grill is on the beach and has wonderful food and service. We will book again for our next trip to the island!
