"Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."

"The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. "We had minor issues on check in but nothing worth mentioning. The host and her daughter were Amy to deal with and answered all our questions very promptly. The cottage was very private and had a million dollar view. It also had everything on site you would need for your stay. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to truly relax."

"Grand contraste entre la qualité générale de l'hôtel (très bonne) et le service très moyen : aucune d'explication à l'accueil, attente pour la moindre demande (check in, check out, wifi etc...). Le all inclusive s'est révélé être une pension complète puisqu'il a fallu payer pour le wifi (souvent en carafe), l'accès aux transats et parasols sur la plage (pris d'assaut), le lavage des serviettes de bain etc... Ce n'est pas du 4 étoiles : pas de service bagages ni chambres de courtoisie au départ...

I did not like the location of my single room (right off the lobby where men were smoking cigars and congregating). The very sweet receptionist changed our rooms three times due to cleanliness issues and beds were unmade in one room. We ate in the hotel dining room where a traveling soccer team was also staying.
