"The casino was fun, habing some new games that we hadn't seen before. Had a great dinner at the Rockwood Bar and grill. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and cheerful 😊 "

"There were ants all along the walls, coming in near the window. We discovered food under the chair that had not been cleaned up that was attracting the ants. They did move us to another room, but that room had no chair, no hangers or rack to set luggage. We found an ant on the bed in the new room, presumably carried in on our bags or clothes, which made it difficult to relax & sleep. The front desk staff was not helpful when we asked about a refund. She literally walked away as we were still trying to talk to her. Tried to get a refund through Hotels.com and the hotel refused that, too. If the room description states "park view" all that means is there is a small paved courtyard between the hotel & the next building over where people go to smoke. You're really just lookiat the roof of the building next door if you're on the 3rd or 4th floor."

"This is a beautiful, clean and cozy cabin in the treetops. It was well stocked with everything I needed to find peace and serenity including a juicer for fresh squeezed orange juice and a French press for coffee in the morning while listening to the birds right outside the screen door. The owners were responsive and accommodating (they had someone out immediately when a sliding door went off its track). The location was wonderful with easy access to Turkey Run State Park and nearby Shades State Park, as well as beautiful drives through covered bridges. It is exactly what I was hoping for. I will be back."

"It was overall a very nice stay and the host was very friendly. We didn't use the hot tub because it was too hot outside and the pool was a bit dirty but to be fair it wasn't fully ready anyways during our stay, they gave us the option to swim anyways if we wanted to which was nice! I do wish that the listing mentioned the cow farm right across the street because the manure smell outside is very strong. There was also quite a few wood bees but thats to be expected in an area like that. The house was great though and to be clear you cannot smell manure from inside the house at all, just the outside. Overall great trip and lovely host! "

"This stay was abnormal location for me, but by surprise it was very suitable for an Inn. The staff was nice. The room was large with a refrigerator, it had comfortable beds, and was very clean. The bathroom was small and could use some cosmetic updates- but it did the job. It has a large field area for dogs to play &/or potty. There aren't any decent hotels in Chrisman and this was the closest most decent, and cleanest location to lodge at. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. "
