It’s probably one of the most immaculate hotels I have stayed in. Super clean, spacious and has lots of character. Wish I would have brought my dog! "

"Perfect location right next to the gondola. Not a 'quaint' or 'beautiful' building but makes up for it in convenience, cleanliness, and service. We've stayed at several places in Telluride, this one twice, and it's our favorite primarily because it's got everything you need within a block or two - gondola, trails, river, store, many many restaurants, hot tub, bike and boat rental, etc. If I could make one suggestion it would be to expand the breakfast options. After two days the cereal/yogurt/bagels is...okay...but eggs, bacon, omelettes, waffles, or some other variety would go far in enhancing the experience. Oh yeah, the place is dog-friendly which is really great and apparently not common in Telluride."

"If you are a traveler that is used to scrapping to find affordable accommodations and you put up with mediocre amenities...... so yourself a favor and book a room at the Nordic In. It might... and I stress "MIGHT" be only slightly more that you will pay for what you think is less.... but..... you really should try the Nordic. Clean?..... absolutely..spic n' span Comfy Bed? Dang right Goldie Locs. Not too soft, not too hard. It's just right. Shower? It's a nice hot waterfall. Super great. Roomy Room? Most definitely. King Bed, two apostropherd sitting chairs, nice table, huge dresser, sift but very adequate lighting, accessible closet space, lots of room near the sink, comfy big toilet for delicate figured people like me... and with all of that, still pent of floor space. Plus the room is very nicely decorated with local photos, beautiful wall coverings.... and the pillows... YES! PLENTIFUL AND VERY COMFORTABLE.!! Too to it all off, the ceiling fan gives the traveler complete control over their environment. Again, do yourself a favor.... get a reservation at the Nordic.... treat yourself to a bit of 5 star luxury at an economy price. Nice young folks at the desk too.
