"The trailer we had seemed brand new, well equipped and everything in great shape, very clean. Check in was easy, love the location right between Niagara Falls and NOTL but out of town so quiet and no hustle and bustle. We loved we could sit outside on the deck, bbq and have a bonfire at night, all outdoor seating was provided and in great shape as well. Beds were a little hard for us, but to be expected in new trailer. Will stay here again and have already recommended to family."

"Nicky, the owner went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Her home was beautiful and well loved. We appreciated that it was air conditioned and so clean. Our breakfasts were a masterpiece. "Ideal location for our gathering of friends in the Niagara Falls area. Accommodations were extremely comfortable, clean and well appointed. Close to everything yet made to feel like our own oasis, especially with the backyard! The host, Scott, was responsive and communicative with all correspondence. We all want to come back!"
"Everything was super clean, and our room was very comfortable and quiet. As advertised, only about a 10-minute drive from the city center, so it was very convenient too. The continental breakfast was fine and also as advertised, but our own preference is for a more formal breakfast where you can meet and interact with the other guests. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations and with our hostess, Barb."
