The house is very nice and large and spacious. Great for a big group. Location is right off the beltway which is super convenient. The experience would have been excellent if it weren’t for this very strong bad odor that was so unpleasant that I almost left after the first night. It was the worst in the basement. Upon leaving my son in law discovered the smell emanating from the downstairs washer which was filled with putrid water. Don’t know what that was all about but it was unbelievably smelly. Also I would recommend you get some forks and utensils as well as trash bags and paper towels. If things were improved this would be an excellent stay for a large group. This is the first time I had a stay that was not great in a VRBO which is my honest experience. The house also appeared not well maintained or clean. One half of the master shower glass door was missing so water would spray on the floor when showering. Not terrible but shouldn’t be that way. Several areas on the ceiling had I repaired water damage as well. Things just felt grungy. For example, the bath towels were a mix of old towels that were all different styles and colors sitting in a pile to grab. They looked like old towels I would use to wash the car, launder them, and then lay them out for guests. That sums it up. Thanks
